Job Purpose/Role 


As a Principal Process Architect reporting to the Head of Customer Journey and Process Architecture at AGCS, you perform a strategic role for the GPM Team in AGCS COO area with accountability to work with Senior and C suite Stakeholders across all AGCS Functions and across regions.

 

You will be efficient in ensuring that the proper mapping and documentation is in place and you will deliver targets pictures and interim processes in a timely manner. You will lead the implementation of the Globally aligned target pictures to the Region including: gathering of the status quo, analysis of the delivered capabilities and design of the workarounds, process assurance workshops, production of the final process maps and management of the local stakeholders. You will be responsible of the smooth execution of the interim state design, including the task management of the more junior team members allocated to your assignment, and you will be the main point of contact.


Responsibilities

 

In this role you will…


•    Ensure appropriate process mapping and documentation through proactive communication with internal customers.
•    Act as Thought Leader
•    Design and develop global communication plans to promote Process Architecture successes and resources
•    Ensure the implementation of the processes, including interim state design, according to the ACM Commercial framework and the project scope and timeline
•    Support Head of Customer Journey and Process Architecture, the Global Practice Head and the Global Head of GPM (Global Process Management) in their role as Engagement Enabler
•    Take own initiative and responsibility within given perimeter of domain with particular focus on respective Business Leaders as well as AGCS overarching responsibilities
•    Advise Senior Management
•    Enable the development of strategic blueprints to clearly articulate the strategy and design to stakeholders and team members, sometimes also in collaboration with external vendors
•    Translate customer needs for better design - assess near-term customer needs, partnering with Customer Journey Architects, to incorporate with the Business Processes
•    Lead the continuous development of the Process Architecture knowledge base 
•    Structure collection, consolidation and transfer of Process Architecture best practices and lessons learned across the company during Engagement until implementation, including mentoring, coaching and onboarding of other Process Architects


To be successful in the role:

 

You will have…


•    Solid business experience (15+ years) in Industrial / Corporate Insurance, preferably with a solid track record in Transformation.
•    Excellent interpersonal skills (communication, facilitation and mediation) and ability to lead workshops and develop strong business relationships through efficient networking 
•    Solutions oriented and resourceful – seeks win-win solutions which best meet individual stakeholder and overall business needs. Committed to delivery of high-quality services
•    Can-do attitude, high degree of motivation and entrepreneurial thinking, willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and international environment that requires flexibility
•    Process improvement or business design skills – the ability to take a designed customer experience and identify the organizational skills and capabilities needed to deliver the future state
•    Ability to express ideas and messages clearly, both written and verbally (in English)
