For those that do not have a degree, our UK Apprenticeship Program is the perfect opportunity to embark on a career in the Insurance Industry and will provide you with the knowledge, skills and behaviors for success.
Starting in September on a 2 year program, you will work alongside experienced professionals at Allianz Commercial, gaining practical skills and knowledge whilst also spending 20% of your time studying towards a recognized government apprenticeship qualification.

An Internship at Allianz Commercial provides students or recent bachelor graduates with the opportunity to work in a professional setting for a defined period, usually a few months full-time. You will gain exposure to various aspects of the company's operations, contributing to projects and tasks while learning from experienced professionals. It's a perfect way to explore potential career paths and build a network within the industry.

Our German and Nordics working student programs, allows you to work part-time whilst pursuing your degree. You will gain valuable work experience, earn money to support your studies, and improve your career prospects after graduation.

Our French Alternance program gives you the opportunity to work part-time alongside your 1- or 2-year BTS course, bachelor's degree or master's. We regularly offer opportunities in Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Marketing and Operations.
Our Assessment and Selection Process
Once you have identified the perfect early careers opportunity for you, simply click to apply and fill in our quick application form.
Once received, your application will be reviewed by the Talent Acquisition team who will keep you updated as to the status of your application.
The assessment and selection process will vary depending on the opportunity you have applied for but if you are selected for progression, you should typically expect up to 2 interviews. For our graduate and apprentice opportunities in Europe, you could additionally be asked to undertake online assessments and to participate in an assessment centre. Full details of what to expect and how to succeed will be provided by your Talent Acquisition Partner.
