  • Allianz's career website and online application system is based on SAP SuccessFactors technology (SaaS). Hence, job seekers and/or candidates might be faced with accessibility limitations for certain elements of the user interfaces due to ongoing product enhancements and user interface updates: Examples: Decorative images are not having alt attribute, pagination links are not descriptive to screen reader, icons missing text alternative, tooltips are not meaningful, close button icon missing accessible name, profile image alternative text needs to modified etc.. Due to ongoing product enhancements and user interface updates it cannot be assured that all elements comply with all accessibility guidelines at any given point in time. SAP SuccessFactors is constantly improving and fixing any accessibility issue they find themselves or get notified about. As soon as we (Allianz) identify such a defect, we immediately raise a ticket with SAP in order to get this solved in a timely manner.   • Google Maps integration: The map is not accessible for screen readers. To remediate this, please go through the career page with a screen reader, and you will find a hidden link that redirects you to the job market where you can find all jobs listed and accessible via screen readers. This link appears with the following label: 'Follow this link to reach our job search page to search for available jobs in a more accessible format'.
