Join the Graduate Program at Allianz Investment Management
As a part of the Allianz Investment Management SE (AIM) Graduate Program, you have the chance to start your career in an international environment. The Program contains different aspects which contribute to your professional success story. Take the opportunity to deep dive into exciting areas such as portfolio management, investment strategy or investment control. Mentoring, regular feedback from experienced business leaders and great training options are also included.
Get ready to spend 15 months on the fast track
Alternating, we offer two different tracks of the Graduate Program.
Investment focus: Gain detailed insights into capital markets, alternative asset classes and portfolio analysis from different angles such as: asset liability management, tactical asset allocation and asset manager selection. Learn what effects portfolio decisions have on financial planning and controlling and follow AIM's specific approach to risk/return optimization.
Digital focus: Your challenge is to participate in projects and tasks that combine computer science and business topics. Thus, you will get to know the value chain of AIM from the perspective of digital initiatives, contribute to our digital transformation and gain insights into the work of a multi-asset investment manager.
Please note that the recruiting process for the 2022/23 program intake will start in May/June 2022 with publishing the job ad on the Allianz job market. Please apply via the application tool of Allianz only, as we cannot accept applications via email.
Onboarding
At the beginning of your graduate time, you will gain in-depth insights into the entire AIM value chain via different onboarding activities. AIM-specific trainings and the nomination of a mentor will help you getting started at AIM and boost your learning curve right from the beginning.
Rotations and projects
During the course of the program, you will be assigned to different teams and projects within AIM, each station having a duration of approx. two to four months. The selection of the rotations is depending on our business needs, your academic background, previous working experiences (if applicable) and last but not least your interests.
Station abroad
One of the stations will lead you abroad: either to the AIM office in Paris, Milan, Singapore, Minneapolis or Luxembourg. You will join an exciting project in the respective office hub and have the possibility to get to know the global AIM community onsite.
