Digital Resilience Operations Lead

About the Job 

Allianz Technology is the Service Provider for Allianz Group IT which is responsible to strategically steer the implementation of the IT strategy within the Allianz Group in line with the corporate strategy and catering for external challenges and trends in IT.

Digital Resilience Operations as part of Group IT is enabling the implementation of the Group IT Strategy through IT steering and IT management mechanisms. Digital Resilience Operations enables IT steering and the oversight function of Group IT via facilitating the IT Steering Boards, compiling global KPI and IT health indicator reports, executing quality assurance initiatives and evolving the Master Tool Universe (MTU), conducting IT risk assessments and control assurances for global group solutions and standard to enable the Global IT Service Owners. Digital Resilience Operations provides a solid understanding of Enterprise Architecture, IT Governance, and Information Risk management to support strategic IT-related initiatives.

The Digital Resilience Operations Lead will ramp up and lead a team of Experts within the Allianz Technology Spain Hub delivering services to Allianz Group IT.

What you do

• Build and grow a high-performance team to act as an accelerator for Group IT & IS via continuous development of expertise building on diversified capabilities
• Lead people following the Allianz people attributes, leadership values and guidelines as well as delegate, prioritize and control tasks, balance workloads and steer capacity in the team.
• Build all people-related processes e.g., recruiting, performance management, and compensation with the guidance of the relevant HR counterparts.
• Act as a cross-coordinator between teams and pro-actively foster collaboration among risk roles across organizational entities at Allianz Technology, Group and OEs
• Support and mature and end2end hub for integrated steering and de-risking to enable OEs in the area of Group IT Governance and Group IT Strategy
• Independent oversight reporting and measures to strengthen the quality of global IT Steering, IT Strategy Implementation and Compliance based on a data-driven approach enable decision making
• Improve global group solutions via review of control implementation for global services and platforms, risk identification and measurement planning, ensure compliance and adherence to minimum requirements

What you bring

• Experience and ability to build a high-performance team, coach team members, and grow them.
• Good experience in Enterprise Architecture, IT Governance and Information Risk management
• Applying analytical thinking, methodological and conceptual as well as consulting, communication, and collaboration skills with autonomy
• Proven experience of using the COBIT control framework, TOGAF and related tools like Archer, AdoIT, ServiceNow is a plus
• Experienced in conducting IT risk assessments, control assurances.
• Curiosity and learn new trends in Information Technology and regulations such as BaFin, VAIT, DORA, GDPR, EU AI Act etc.
• English fluent, Spanish is a plus.
