Senior Specialist Business & Data Architecture

Business Architecture is one of the key teams within H4-BT. The team owns, evolves, and supports the implementation of the ACM Business Architecture (i.e. Processes, Capabilities, and Objects/Data), collaborating with OEs, BMP Areas and Group Centers. The team is also an integral part of the “BMP Enterprise Architect” role, shaping the evolution of the global Business Master Platform (BMP) together with H4-GT and Allianz Technology.

What will make you succeed in this position?

•    University degree in computer sciences, engineering, or business administration with IT focus.
•    Proven know-how and skills in business & data architecture, strategic business analysis, agile development, business value-based steering and IT.
•    Ability to think abstract as well as the ability to translate this into concrete use cases.
•    Hands-on experience with relevant tools (ADOIT, ADONIS, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
•    Strong understanding of ACM, BMP and ACM Design Methods.
•    Min of 3 years of experience in similar roles.

•    Very good understanding of Business Strategy & Architecture and IT Architecture – conceptually and operationally.

•    Ability to structure poorly defined problems and drive their business centered, sustainable (re-)solution with multiple partners and stakeholders in a challenging environment.

•    Agile work-style, high level of customer centricity and strong collaboration skills, the ability to work both independently in own area of expertise and cross-functional as part of a team

Your mission in the role will be:

• Support, discuss, drive and align Business Architecture with BMP areas.
• Orchestrate and faciliate application of the Business Architecture framework in the BMP areas.
• Ensure the application of Data Governance Group standards in the BMP.
• Represent H4 Business Architecture in the Area Design Authorit.
