What will make you succeed in this position?

  • Experience in an agile context (e.g., agile coach, senior scrum master, or agile consultant)
  • Experience in a scaled agile organization as an agile coach, release training engineer, or scrum master
  • Experience working with the Spotify model, Objectives & Key Results (OKR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) is a big plus
  • Experience in coaching middle and senior management in agile mindset & behavior
  • Experience with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, and Miro
  • Possibility to travel
  • Fluent in English language both spoken and written

 

Your mission in the role will be:

  • Be the trusted partner for the Area leads, Tribe leads and Chapter Area leads
  • Guide the transformation of a product area end-to-end, from first interaction with area lead to the handover to area transformation team
  • Co-create area agile transformation roadmap towards self-sustaining organization (together with area transformation team), including high level estimates on timing, targets and metrics
  • Developing the agile mindset and capabilities of the organization (training, coaching, challenge on agile value & principles)
  • Challenge the transformation story, structures, and processes of existing product areas, execute baseline assessments and perform gap analysis with the Allianz Agile Blueprint as reference
  • Be the sparring partner for other agile roles: product owners, scrum master, chapter leaders
  • Facilitate the definition of the transformation story of a new product area, including purpose and desired state
  • Facilitate workshops e.g., value stream mapping, area and tribe setup
  • Help design and build for scale within product area
  • Help facilitate scaled ceremonies e.g., big room planning, big room review, Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Support the setup of centre of excellence and community of practices within the product area
  • Create an environment where we can keep innovating our products and processes through empowered cross functional teams
