Job Purpose/Role 

 

The AGCS Claims Academy is responsible for the provision of sales enablement upskilling for client facing staff globally and in the regions. 

 

Based in Munich you will support the Head of Claims Academy in the whole spectrum of instructional lifecycle as well as in special projects. You will be supporting in the setup, roll out, and implementation of Claims technical and complementary skill trainings worldwide, in alignment with the Corporate and Specialty LoBs.


Responsibilities

 

In this role you will…

 

•    Setup, roll out, and implement Claims technical and complementary skill trainings for the AGCS/Allianz Group Key Account Manages worldwide, in alignment with the Corporate and Specialty LoBs needs in order to guarantee the company goals and priorities achievement
•    Review and Develop the AGCS Claims Academy Qualification System and contribute to the definition of the equivalence amongst the different AZ Claims/ Academies Accreditation/Qualification systems
•    Develop Development Path and future skill-set/ capabilities for Claims community
•    Utilize new learning methodologies (e.g. blended learning, e-learning, video, LinkedIn, etc.)
•    Align and Collaborate with other Functional Academies and stakeholders 

 

To be successful in the role:

 

You will have…
            
•    Currently doing a Bachelor or Master degree (enrolment at university is a requirement for duration of the employment), preferably in Communications Science, Journalism, Marketing, Graphic Design, Business Administration, Financial Services or other relevant fields 
•    Fluent English skills 
•    Good Communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a professional, international working environment
•    Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•    Good knowledge of content management systems and photo editing tools

 

Ideally you will also have…

 

•    High self-motivation, creative and active team player
•    High degree of accuracy, reliability, initiative and independent working style
