We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) to join our Life Insurance Practice Area and support us on a Digital Transformation and Strategy projects. These projects create global impact and help us to support the strategy of the Allianz group worldwide.

What you will be working on:
-    You will shape the Digital Transformation of our headquarters and international operating entities 
-    You bring our customer buying and agent experience to a digital future. You design and optimize digitally supported customer journeys and digital agent support and tools
-    You lead project workstreams and support the development of junior colleagues by coaching and mentoring them
-    You contribute to the Allianz Consulting community with ideas, thought leadership and training
-    You support the Engagement Manager during pitches and the development of future offerings 

Who we are looking for: 
-    You have completed a University degree or equivalent experience
-    You have at least 3 years relevant experience, preferably in Strategy Consulting
-    You bring passion for projects along the customer journey in the field of Digital Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Interaction and Digital Campaigns, Process Analytics, Digital Transformation, Digital Business Model Development or adjacent fields
-    You enjoy solving complex digital challenges, working analytically and in a multi-stakeholder environment
-    You are a team player, eager to collaborate and share learnings
-    You feel comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams and international contexts
-    You communicate fluently in English; German skills are a plus
-    International working experience (min. 6 months) are a plus
