Job Purpose/Role 


This role is responsible for identifying and designing technical solutions on PEGA based systems in order to achieve optimal performances, stability and full integration with existing AGCS IT landscape.


As such, the PEGA LSA will address autonomously multiple tasks e.g. resolution of complex problems, technical projects expertise support, PEGA development teams guidance and design approvals, etc.


Finally, the LSA role is also in charge of defining PEGA development processes, best practices and documenting them.

 

Responsibilities

 

In this role you will…


•    Architect and design business applications and functionalities using Pega Platform. Provide architecture and design guidance to PEGA development teams developing BPM solutions using Pega.
•    Develop and demonstrate advanced knowledge of the Pega Rules Architecture and all PEGA rules design and implementation features
•    Provide thought-leadership to project and development teams across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements
•    Work in conjunction with Agile development teams, Product owners, Scrum Masters, Program Manager, Release Train Engineers to assess, size, manage scope and risk. Participate in SAFe ceremonies where required
•    Develop and define a wide-range of PEGA architectural documentation (methodology, best-practices requirements, etc).
•    Maintain documentation on a regular basis and be accountable for the quality and completeness (when applicable)
•    Communicate on documentation content, keep up-to-date, guidance, policy and specification documentation (when applicable)


To be successful in the role:

 

You will have….


•    Master Degree in IT Engineering / Business Administration
•    Significant experience in designing/developing PEGA based BMP solutions
•    PEGA Lead System Architect v7 certification and above
•    Strong general technical application and infrastructure knowledge (Database, Web servers, Infrastructure components, WebServices, ...)
•    Architectural Design thinking, solution orientation and ability to work in team
•    Business English skills
            

Ideally you will also have…

 

•    Good German skills
•    Experience with DevOps and monitoring application (Dynatrace)
•    SAFe Agile activities experience
