Job Purpose/Role 

 

At AGCS, our Finance Operations team maintains optimal receivable levels by using automated processes, providing full transparency and receivable risk assessments. Our experts produce valuable financial insights for the company and help to protect its assets.

 

Based in Munich, you will be part of a diverse and international team that is responsible for Receivables Management and Credit control for different branches worldwide and international broker accounts in Germany. You will support the team in the whole spectrum of accounting topics and credit control activities.


Responsibilities

 

In this role you will…

 

•    Contribute to selected tasks of the monthly closing processes/day to day operations such as Accounts Payable and Receivable processes
•    Analyze data and solve issues. 
•    Contribute to accounts reconciliation of selected accounts
•    Support in monthly Tax deliveries to tax authorities and reporting
•    Prepare postings and Journal Entries on a periodic basis

 

To be successful in the role:

 

You will have…

 

•    Current enrollment at university, ideally studying Finance, Business Administration, Economics or other quantitatively focused subjects with solid credentials
•    Very good analytical and conceptual capabilities with a pragmatic and result-oriented approach
•    High degree of accuracy, reliability, initiative and independent working style 
•    Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially MS Excel, Word)
•    Fluent German and English skills. Communication in the international team will be in both languages.

•    High self-motivation and a great team player skills
