Job Purpose/Role

In your role, you will be part of the Legal department of Allianz Technology S.p.A, the company provider of IT services for all Allianz entities located in Italy.

In your job, you will provide legal assistance to all departments of Allianz Technology S.p.A in order to ensure the Company acts in compliance with all applicable legislations.

Your focus will be on commercial and IT contracts, e.g. supporting the procurement function and account management function in drafting and negotiating adequate contracts. You will accompany the entire procurement and account management process from a legal perspective and advise the purchasing function as well as the specialist departments

As part of  the global legal function you will  work with different Allianz teams, learn how to use best practices and support them with your strength and knowledge. You will be given the opportunity to work on different projects and processes in an international environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, negotiate and monitor the conclusion of a wide range of agreements with internal customers, vendors/suppliers and other third parties regarding IT and non-IT agreements.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the company’s policies, procedures.
• Providing legal advice on the provision of services internally within the Group
• Overseeing and steering external legal counsel, where applicable
• Providing legal advice to the procurement function and other departments on all software/cloud-related questions
• Ensuring that legal and contractual matters are efficiently and promptly addressed.

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Master's degree in Italian law.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a law firm or in the Legal department of a company,
• Contract management and licensing models.
• Written and spoken Italian and English.
• Ability to work in an international team in global set-up.
• Preferably focus on IT law/software
