Working Student (m/f/d) for Java programming and testing

At our location in Stuttgart, we are looking for reinforcement in an agile team for the further development of our web application, a testing platform for insurance-related calculations.

You will support experienced programmers in the implementation of web applications by developing tests to improve software quality. There is the possibility to work hybrid (remote and on-site in Stuttgart).

What you do

• Test support in programme development by implementing interface tests using Java/Selenium or Cypress
• If suitable, interested and required, further programme maintenance
• Responsible participation in projects
• There are clear agreements for all tasks and individual induction and support

What you bring

• You are studying computer science, business informatics, business mathematics, mathematics or a similar IT-related subject
• You have experience in Java, ideally in JavaScript
• You are able to express yourself well in German, both verbally and in writing (at least B2 level)
• You have strong analytical skills and can quickly grasp interrelationships
• You are reliable, open-minded, interested and committed
• You enjoy working in a team, but you are also happy to take on tasks independently and implement them responsibly
• Ideally, you already have experience in testing user interfaces with Selenium, Cypress or similar tools
• You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position - part time (16-20 h/week)
