JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

The Responsible of IT demands and needs will manage the IT Governance of the ventures, create IT plan in close cooperation with business areas & control actual IT costs vs. plans. 
The role will drive external resources, in close cooperation with the other business areas, with the aim to guarantee on time/on budget delivery of new developments, supporting declination of the IT Strategy and vendors/costs management.
The Responsible of IT demands and needs will report to the General Manager also proactively supporting on declining the IT Strategy and managing IT vendors and costs.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Localize IT strategy of the Company
•    Oversight as Business Owner the externalized IT services in line with Az LOF Policies 
•    Create IT plan & requirements in close cooperation with Business areas and monitor IT costs
•    Manage IT project plan of the company
•    Be in charge of IT contracts
•    Monitoring of IT vendors and eventually sub-contractors/sub-outsourcers (SLA, KPI, reporting) 
•    Manage IT compliance e.g. Transfer Price, Board of Directors presentation, relations with control functions
•    First line of defense for IT Risks
 
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KEY SKILLS

•    Master’s Degree in IT Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
•    Strong background in IT (e.g. 5+ years of experience) with a focus on strategy, controlling and outsourcing monitoring
•    Experience in P&C and Life Insurance (e.g. 5+ years)
•    Valuable experience in International Projects
•    Good communication and presentation skills to explain complex topics to all relevant parties including C-level
•    Results driven team player
•    Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment
•    Fluent English, both written and spoken
