The candidate would be required to develop a complete management of data for claim department providing support to the Head of Claims, across full spectrum of Claims processes, and elaborating reporting for the Global Headquarter

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Design and implementation of a management controlling system ,

-Track ordinary business and strategic projects initiatives , Monitoring results of the initiatives, clearly understanding the impact on financial statement

· Provide guidance and support in deploying the initiatives of the Plan in collaboration with other units within the Claims Department and operating
entities globally

· · Provide support in updating/revising the priorities listed in the Plan, according with the observed results of the initiatives
· Suggest additional initiatives to guarantee the achievements of targets identified in the Plan
· Coordinate  Reporting preparation and updates to Allianz Group level

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

-Master’s degree in Economics/Business, STEM

-At least 5 years of experience in a consultancy environment (previous experience in Planning & Controlling, M&A, or equivalent will be considered a plus)

-Pro-activity in cooperation with other business functions and Group Headquarter

-Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint MS Word, SAS

-Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills

-Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
