Join the team at Market Management to carry out your duties as Sponsoring Specialist.

What are you going to do in Allianz?

• Identify, initiate, and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in different sectors: sports, fashion, health, technology…
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and agencies, ensuring mutual trust, collaboration, and alignment of objectives.
• Collaborate and teamwork with other departments of the organization. •             Provide a strategic vision and orientation to the brand's objectives, through the elaboration of briefings to agencies.
• Manage all sponsorship activities assuring the value obtained each agreement and the correct activation of all assets included.
• Support to the head of the department in the monitoring and analysis of sponsorship results, as well as in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with other partners.
• Budget control of all projects.

What does Allianz need from you? 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of years of working experience in coordination of sponsorships and 360 campaigns in an agency or similar company.
• Strong understanding of the Sports, Fashion, Health and Motor trends, and key players in the industry.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to determine and analyze the root cause of a problem as well as develop solutions to encourage collaboration.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Be highly organized, able to multitask and proactive manage workload.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to travel as needed
