You are managing  strategic projects with a highly diversified range of topics focused to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) areas. As an ESG Project Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for an outstanding communication with various stakeholders and the Project Team. A mindset for continuous improvements, as well as capability to understand complex problems and drive actions to solve them is an absolute must.

  • Project planning and implementation, including proactively monitoring of the progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
  • Manages the project's budget, monitors costs against delivered and realized benefits as the project progresses
  • Reporting the progress of the project,  flagging potential deviations from plans, on a regular basis to the Project Steering Committee
  • Build client relationships while managing various ESG stakeholders
  • Lead high performing cross-functional project teams while actively contributing to customer satisfaction and proactively trigger improvement plans



  • University degree preferably in economics, business information technology, mathematics, physics and/or an equivalent experience in finance
  • Strong experience in project management, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex environment
  • Understanding of the basic concepts of ESG and/or of the sustainability regulatory landscape
  • Sound experience in PMP methods, while Agile frameworks (SCRUM) is a plus
  • Ability to concurrently handle a variety of topics
  • Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Problem solver with a proactive can-do attitude
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Jira knowledge is a plus 
  • Fluent in English, and in German
