Job Purpose/Role:

 

We are looking for a working student to support our digital marketing technology team and proactively engage in developing and shaping our modern technology stack.
Our Marketing platform enables our digital marketeers to communicate and attract new customers and achieve our growth ambitions.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

•    You support the organization in driving modern web standards and improving digital assets performance
•    You monitor websites and work out relevant improvements e.g. technical SEO, web standards
•    You constantly refine our KPI model and implement data collection mechanisms to track them
•    You frequently check defined KPIs and come up with ideas how to improve conversion rates
•    You write code to setup A/B tests to validate your ideas
•    You implement marketing integrations and help feeding our bidding algorithms

 

Qualifications/Key skills:

 

•    You are currently enrolled at university

•    You have good software development skills (e.g. JavaScript, HTML)
•    You know how the basic foundations of Web Development
•    You have first experience with libraries and package management (e.g. npm)
•    You master version control systems such as GitHub
•    You are fluent in debugger tools, e.g. Google Chrome Debugger
•    First experience with a web analytics tool such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is a plus
•    You are fluent in English
•    You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months- part time (16-20 h/week)
