We are looking for you! We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Tactical Buyer / MSP Programme Support (f/m/d) who will be assuming the role of a purchaser function for Professional Services globally. This position is based in our Frankfurt office.


Within this exciting role, you will be developing relevant category processes and support the execution of procurement processes aligned with the business and company objectives.


Key responsibilities


  • Manage tactical sourcing projects and liaise with line of business the usage of a streamlined process
  • Bundle and control the entire resource, ordering, purchasing process as well as contract management in consultation with the line of business (external workforce management)
  • Coordinate requirements with the hiring managers and selected suppliers to ensure a successful and timely staffing of projects
  • Utilize bill rate benchmarking data and competitive bidding to ensure cost efficiency
  • Oversee operational processes (i.e., onboarding, timekeeping, change management, offboarding)
  • Ensure KPI’s and SLA objectives are met by taking an active role in continuous improvement and service delivery
  • Manage and report projects by means of a vendor management system
  • Control supplier performance and compliance management as well as worker quality management and policy enforcement
  • Act as project management office (PMO) / manage the MSP programme
  • Document processes


Key Requirements/Skills/Experience


  • Strong procurement and contract management skills, particularly for drafting of contracts, extensions, amendments using existent templates
  • Work experience in temporary labor, service level, and/or customer service industry in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in creating and developing strategic relationships that promote positive customer engagement
  • Ability to analyze markets and gather intelligence regarding market conditions and supply/demand drivers
  • Possess data entry, analytical and organizational skills
  • Affinity to IT, systems and processes as well as data management
  • Experience in SAP Ariba and Beeline would be an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to use program data to educate customer, supplier and drive change
  • Ability to multitask, attention to detail, excellent communication skills (both in one-on-one and in group settings, with both internal and external audiences) and technical proficiency (e.g., MS Office, MS tools)
  • Proficiency in English, additional German skills would be an advantage
