Senior Resource Manager

A Senior Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient allocation and utilization of human resources within the organization. This role involves strategic planning, coordination, and management of personnel to ensure that project and operational needs are met effectively. The Senior Resource Manager will work closely with project managers, department heads, and HR to align resource planning with business goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong ethical conduct, decision-making, leadership, communication, and strategic-thinking skills.

Your mission in the role will be:

• Develop and implement resource management strategies to optimize the use of personnel across projects as well as monitor resource utilization and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing demands and priorities. You will work closely with Project&Portfolio manager to ensure proper resource allocation based on the new demand.
• Provide input to HR for training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
• Collaborate with department heads and project managers to understand and anticipate resource needs.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any resource-related issues.
• Utilize resource management software and tools to track and analyze resource utilization.
• Continuously evaluate and improve resource management processes and systems.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in the development and management of the resource budget.
