The Senior Business Analyst for Operations Reporting will work in close collaboration with the Operations Reporting Team in the COO Function of Allianz Technology SE. The position ensures the proper design, execution, and continuous improvement of the global reporting of Allianz Technology. As part of the Operations Reporting Team the focus lies on compliant KPI definition, assuring the operational reporting process and up to date KPI dashboards.

 

You will: 

 

  • Assure the correct and timely delivery of Operations reporting. Further develop the Allianz Technology strategic dashboards.
  • Define measurements, controls and KPI’s to ensure proper reporting together with the respective data owners.
  • Determine process data requirements together with the respective ITSM Process Owners.
  • Understand features and functionalities of PowerBI to generate first mock-ups and PoC visualizations for stakeholder alignment.
  • Manage business requirements, understand stakeholder needs and transferring them to functional requirements for IT development; write development user-stories.
  • Align functional KPI and report design and take decisions on implementation in collaboration with the technical Operations Reporting platform team.

 

Your skills: 

  • Multi-year relevant experience and demonstrated excellence in Business Analysis, preferably a background within Reporting and KPI Management.
  • Experience with PowerBI development, ability to understand KPI metrics and data sets based on derived business requirements.
  • Experience with KPI definition governance definition and reporting solution design.
  • Experience with IT Project Management, incl. functional design, budget controlling, IT risk management.
  • Experience in agile development, ideally Scrum Certification.
  • Willingness to take over responsibility for technical solutions and to deep-dive into reporting content and structures.
  • Technical understanding of IT systems and processes.
  • University degree, preferably in with focus in Information Technology (e.g. MBA, MSc).
  • Very good MS office skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Willingness to work in a global team setup and hybrid environment.
  • High level of self-organization and initiative, strong ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to adopt new approaches and solution ideas quickly.
  • Very high analytic skills and solid business judgment.
  • Very high conceptual and problem structuring skills.
