Security & Resilience Control Expert

Allianz Technology Security & Resilience is the core team and central driver for Information Security at Allianz Technology. The function is tasked to continue developing a strong security organization by establishing global security solutions and countermeasures and to oversee the effectiveness and guide the implementation of security controls.

Allianz Technology Security & Resilience Control Response & Consulting team purpose is for continual improvement of essential Security and Resilience maturity. The Security & Resilience Control Expert holds a key role within the Security & Resilience Control Response & Consulting team, which is part of the global Allianz Technology Security & Resilience Function, led by the Allianz Technology Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).

Key Responsibilities:

• Acts as an accelerator to support Allianz technology Information Security & Resilience mission critical projects
• To provide consulting , support and internal services in the area of Security and Resilience governance
• Focus the needs of present and future -potential requirements in the area of Security & Resilience governance
• Independent oversight reporting and measures to strengthen the quality of Security and Resilience governance 
• Continuous development of expertise by building diversified capabilities as Information security consultants and also explore internal service requirements
• Pro-actively foster collaboration among Security & Resilience Control roles across organizational entities at Allianz Technology SE globally together with OEs of Allianz Group and Group Center Security
• Supporting the Identification and reporting information security risks, vulnerabilities and other exposure
• Collaborate with the GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) roles and use the GRC tool to create transparency and reports

• Develop mitigation strategies and provide appropriate advice to solve existing issues and prevent future issues

• Contribute to develop IT security policies, implement information systems and cybersecurity

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:

• You must possess and demonstrate the ability to work fully independent and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information,  volatile situations, uncertainty and ambiguity.
• You must possess and demonstrate the ability of GROWTH mindset than FIXED mindset
• Understanding the security governance , operations  and technical platforms in an enterprise organization
• 3+ years of experience in the field of  information security operations, governance or project
• Very good knowledge /Certification with in the area of IT such as ITIL , COBIT and any of the IS areas such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) /CISM/ ISO 27001 LA
• Have curiosity and learn new trends in Information Security and regulations such as BaFin, EU- TIBER, VAIT, DORA, GDPR etc
• Bachelor of Science in either Information Technology or Information Security or comparable education
• Very fluent in English language (business communication)
