Job Purpose/Role

Reporting into the Head of Global People Operations & IT, you will work with colleagues from across the function to identify and address productivity drags and barriers in the processes, applications and models used.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct productivity assessments within the function to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement; provide actionable insights to CPO leadership.
  • Evaluate and recommend productivity tools and software to enhance People operations.
  • Develop and implement streamlined workflows to enhance productivity across teams, leveraging technology (e.g. AI, automations) to improve productivity across the wider function whilst ensuring outstanding UX.
  • Collaborate with teams across the CPO function to integrate best practices and innovative solutions to meet organizational needs.
  • Lead change management activities (incl. trainings) to ensure seamless adoption of new processes & technologies.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor productivity metrics and trends.
  • Work as an integral member of the global People Operations & IT Team.

 

Requirements/Experience:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in People & Culture Function or a productivity-focused role
  • Familiarity with AI and productivity tools as well as People (HR) applications
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing improvement/ change initiatives
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting within a People & Culture context
  • Experience in an international and agile working environment
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a bonus
  • Competency with MS Office suite

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Knowledge of Productivity tools and assessment methodologies.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics and processes also for non-experts
  • Ability to work independently, as well as engaging with various stakeholders in virtual teams across continents and cultures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on mentality with capability to deliver results
  • Adaptability and openness to change, with a focus on continuous learning and development
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good assertiveness and organizational skills, capable of dealing with multiple priorities.
  • Agile Skills are a bonus (e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner)
