IT Service Governance Lead is the one who has a background in product management, product design, and implementation using devops automation with necessary knowledge in the area of IT compliance. You should have good  knowledge in Agile, ITIL, quality control or any other related discipline to evaluate and continuously improve the existing set up.

You will: 

• Lead automation of service and product transparency as well as dashboard production in coordination considering Service Now and Service Catalog
• Develop & provide regular IF&S Dashboards with meaningful analysis
• Mentor or train personnel in IT compliance and other related area on the dashboard, their uses and implementation to ensure proper communication of the same to stakeholders across the organization
• Design the product based on the vision and goals by creating and prioritizing the product backlog and negotiate product and sprint goals with the team
• Prioritize product backlog and coordinate it with the team and other product owners
• Ensure full transparency over all IFS services, products and people.
• Provide technically competent and technologically sound advice to stakeholders
• Practice active risk management
• Be aware of the “digital by default” framework and scalability and carefully weigh up the advantages and disadvantages

Your skills: 

• Minimum 10+ years in similar positions in IT or financial services industries
• 5+ years of experience in Allianz desired
• University degree in any of the relevant discipline such as engineering, social sciences, business administration or equivalent experience
• Knowledge or understanding of infrastructure and product develpoment methodologies
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and work objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Certifcations in Agile, ITIL and PMP are added advantages
• Self driven, even in times of high pressure.
• Ability to analyse large data in reasonable time
• Excellent with communication and presentation tools. Especially MS Powerpoint, Visio, MS Excel and MS Word
• Capability to build collaborative working relationships and ability to work in virtual, international, and complex team environments.
• International work experience (desirable but not essential).
