Do you like creating order and structure? Is ‘simplify’ one of your mantras? Are you really knowledgeable on HR Systems and architecture, and specifically SuccessFactors? Then join us and become the People Operations Manager for AZ Technology’s Global People Function. Reporting into the Head of Global People Operations and Analytics, you will be the expert on global HR systems and processes for the People Function globally, managing systems and process run and change for over 20 countries. You will also play a role in the People Function global network of professionals, helping our local entities get the most out of our systems and processes.

What will make you succeed in this position?

  • Expert user of SuccessFactors
  • Minimum 8 years corporate business experience, preferably in HR/ People function
  • Experience with RBP/ access management models, as well as system support models and Jira advantageous
  • Experience in an international and agile working environment
  • Senior Associate / Senior Associate Project Manager
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a bonus
  • Good grasp of process documentation applications such as Visio, Adonis, etc.
  • Competency with MS Office suite.
  • Solid communication skills (written/ spoken) to different hierarchies, incl. excellent presentation skills (in person and virtual)
  • Ability to simplify complex topics and processes also for non-experts
  • Ability to work independently, as well as engaging with various stakeholders in virtual teams across continents and cultures
  • Strong problem solving skills, hands on mentality with capability to deliver results
  • People management/ leadership experienced advantageous
  • Good assertiveness and organizational skills, capable of dealing with multiple priorities.
  • Agile Skills (e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner)

 

Your mission in the role will be:

 

  • Be the change process owner; consult our entities on change requirements and coordinating change requests globally
  • Oversee the rollout of the global (system) support model, establishing processes and SLAs, and ensuring relevant knowledge transfer to the support team; then monitoring the service delivery
  • Identify and address knowledge deficiencies and support requirements from the business; design and manage user-friendly processes and according documentation
  • Manage the interface to both the global technical and functional teams from Allianz Group, ensuring alignment on our own business requirements as well as global changes
  • Manage ad hoc requests from the business for system and process support
  • Work with local and global system administrators to ensure AZ Technology’s data standards and processes are being adhered to
  • Lead and/ or support relevant global projects in the field of People Operations, Transformation, Rollouts, as required
  • Manage global access management and maintenance/ review for global HR systems, ensuring highest data privacy standards are followed
