The mission of the functional controller is to bring costs transparency to the Service Owner of its scope of responsibility and support him/her daily on all financial topics. 

You will 

  • Product Costs centers and profit centers of its scope of responsibility and ensure proper costs allocation
  • Direct costs and revenue accruals during monthly closing
  • Operating profit analysis
  • Monthly cost and revenue forecast (data gathering and analysis)
  • Monthly Dashboard to Service owners (actuals vs budget/forecast analysis and comments)
  • Give financial advices to the Service Owner
  • External spend requests for direct costs and the budget approval for the OSPC committee and in SNOW (for spend request over 100k€, should request pillar controller approval)
  • Participate to weekly demand book sessions
  • Quarterly true up calculation
  • Data gathering and analysis during planning process for his/her scope of responsibility
  • All requests/questions from central and local controlling teams for his scope of responsibility
  • Overhead follow up


Your skills 

IT Controlling / FP&A / Cost Controlling 

  • 5-7 years of experience required
  • Language needed: English and French as optional
  • Tool: SAP
  • Seniority level : Level 3 specialist, has solid experience and is able to work independently or with very little guidance
  • Reporting line functional manager : Nathan Sghaier Cohen / Laure Meikeng
