If you are passionate about building strong customer relationships and maximizing product value in the cybersecurity domain, we invite you to join Allianz as a Customer Success Manager for the Allianz Cyber Defense Center (ACDC). In this role, you will be responsible for stakeholder management, customer communication, and collaboration, using agile methodologies to enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with various teams, including Detection & Response and Threat Prevention, to align product development with customer needs and market trends.   • You bring experience in business development or customer success, ideally in an enterprise setting.

  • You are looking forward to working in an interdisciplinary team, interacting closely with customers, and sharing your expertise with non-tech people. 
  • You feel comfortable in international and virtual teams. 
  • You have advanced experience in product portfolio and program management for a complex enterprise reporting IT Security tools and processes and digital service with diverse and international collaboration partners. 
  • Knowledge and intrinsic interest on current security trends. 
  • You demonstrate initiative and do not hesitate to contribute your own ideas and put them into practice. 

 

Your mission in the role will be:

 

  • You support in maximizing the value of the product by creating the roadmap and measuring Allianz’s customer experience and satisfaction; 
  • You are representing stakeholder desires, and ensure visibility of the requirements within the whole department; 
  • You regularly update and maintain transparency with the customers on the next priority items; 
  • You collaborate with other Product Owners and provide guidance in terms of stakeholder management, communication and reporting;  
  • You set up high professional templates to be used by our global team;  
  • You create technical newsletter articles and are responsible for the ACDC Weekly Newsletter; 
  • You support the design of reports out of the field of Cyber Defense i.e., Post-Incident-Review Report or the Quarterly Threat Intelligence Report; 
  • You are enthusiastic about Agility in Business and IT and the cultivation of an Agile “You Build it – You Run it” team.
