You, as the future CAI Sales Manager will have the opportunity to shape international Voice-/Chatbot opportunities and projects.  

 

As the CAI Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to work highly self-organized in a cross-cultural and international team. Your Sales team is mainly responsible to spread the CAI products and services within the global Allianz Group and leverage new opportunities with our customers – the local Allianz entities. Together with the Sales team you will passionately manage and expand existing customer relationships driving networking via events and communication activities.

 

Your responsibility is to introduce the topic of Conversational AI to Allianz decision takers worldwide. You will have the opportunity to mainly contribute to the automation journey of our customers providing targeted CAI based (Chat-/Voicebot) solutions to improve the customer care processes.

 

In your sales role, you will be responsible for pulling together convincing pitch documents (mainly based on PPT) to present Conversational AI based automation opportunities. You will be contributing to the overarching sales strategy and sales journey, identifying improvements, and adapting innovative and creative approaches.

 

In conjunction with the technical development squad, you will assess demands from Allianz entities and define a convincing offer including unique selling points and a project cost estimation. You will be steering the relationship towards the Allianz entity from first the first touchpoint until a project is sold.

 

You will keep close contact to the local Allianz entities and follow-up on the discussed sales opportunities until a final decision has been taken.

 

You Will

 

  • Design appealing and creative sales documents and materials
  • Regularly shape the CAI sales portfolio following recent innovation
  • Introduce CAI product and services to decision takers of Allianz entities worldwide (Management Level)
  • Drive and lead CAI acquisition activities within the Allianz Group
  • Pitch CAI use cases to Allianz entities in close collaboration and alignment with the unit leader and the development team
  • Create / calculate CAI offers and present them to local AZ entities (Management Level)
  • Design the relevant project set-ups (organization, processes, attendees, …)
  • Closely collaborate with the Service Managers to finalize the project agreements
  • Ensure successful stakeholder communication, facilitating communication amongst all parties as necessary

 

Your Skills

 

  • You have successfully completed your studies in the field of business administration, economics, or a comparable course of study, preferably with a focus on digital business/ transformation, customer experience or innovation
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience: you have gained solid practical knowledge in assessing and selling technical solutions, for instance in consultancy or a customer experience/ innovation entity   
  • You have a high implementation competency, operational passion, and a creative way of thinking to follow innovative ways in customer experience
  • Ability and willingness to drive own initiative
  • Affinity for technical solutions and deriving business benefits (ideally - not a must in Artificial Intelligence, voice/ chatbots)
  • Good presentation skills
  • Willingness to operate in a highly matrixed organization with diverse stakeholders
  • Dynamic & driven with a can-do attitude
  • You have a strong ability to communicate, inspire, and inform colleagues and other teams
  • Experience in working with international teams in a multicultural environment
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Knowledge and experiences in working agile is a plus

Beneficial: Experience working with projects related to Voicebots or Chatbots

Languages:

    • Excellent command of verbal and written English
    • German is a plus
    • Spanish is a plus
