Who is CCS CAI? 

CCS stands for Contact Center Services and CAI stands for Conversational Artificial Intelligence.

So, the core of CCS CAI unit is to design, internationally deliver and run VoiceBots for Allianz entities worldwide.

The VoiceBot team within the CCS team delivers robotics voice solutions for Allianz group standard center platforms. The VoiceBot team is currently building a global expert group driving design, implementation and operations of the environment. 

 

 

As PMO will assist in compilation of information and ways of reporting the same to the management. He/She will be involved in multiple VoiceBot projects in collaboration with the Service Delivery Managers.

  

You Will

 

  • Meeting Management
    • Scheduling of recurring meetings: monthly one to one, half yearly performance review, team meetings and preparation slots and post processing of notes: MoMs when required
    • Meeting room bookings across locations for meetings, workshops along with taking care of overall meeting arrangements incl. visitor registrations
    • Prepare meeting agendas for one time meetings and recurring agenda topics
    • Prepare monthly reports, schedule governance meetings and circulation of minutes
  • Actively manage the internal communications of the program including communication mailers, project updates, AZ connect communications
  • Actively drive and follow up on tasks resulting from various workshops
  • Ensure end to end resource onboarding and offboarding in the team along with access management and tracking
  • Coordinating with the Service Delivery Managers and ensuring that all the documentation relevant to the projects is maintained and updated on a regular basis
  • Work closely with the Service Delivery Managers team members to ensure Deliveries
  • Collaborating with the team members for the various project updates and ensuring that the action items are followed up timely consistently
  • Supports audits with the necessary project documentation 

 

  

Your Skills

 

  • Min. 5 years of relevant work experience, with some knowledge on project management tasks 
  • Experience in handling MS Outlook Calendars, Excel, Word
  • Experience with Office 365 would be a plus
  • Experienced in customer communication
  • Knowledge and experience in agile methodologies would be a plus 
  • A highly motivated team player
  • Experience in working with remote teams in a global, multicultural environment 

 

Languages

 

  • Strong drafting and communication skills in English, both orally and in writing, at least at level C1 
  • German language skill would be a plus
