Who is CCS CAI?

CCS stands for Contact Center Services, CAI represents Conversational Artificial Intelligence.

That means the core of CCS CAI unit is to design, internationally deliver and run Voicebots and Chatbots for Allianz entities worldwide.

 

 

You, as a future CCS CAI Commercial Controller & Contract Manager, support the delivery and tracking of Chat and Voicebot technologies in a complex and international working environment.

You will take ownership in the areas of financial reporting, planning and budgeting, order and invoice management as well as customer billing.

You will analyze the current trends with forecasts and report directly to the management. By comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts you will evaluate the financial performance of the CAI services and the team.  

You will work closely with the internal leadership team, international customers and various providers. Your daily companions will be Service NOW and Excel.

Your responsibilities also include ownership of valuable templates, data gathering, consolidating of data and preparing business cases. You will keep track of the financial health of projects and ensure the compliance of the target budget to bring Conversational AI to the next level.

As the future CCS CAI Commercial Controller & Contract Manager you will support CAI in terms of ordering processes for hardware and software and keep track of used and available budget. You will take ownership of the reporting of unpaid invoices and open orders.

 

 

You Will

 

  • Provide analysis of current trends with forecasts and report to management
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Produce monthly P&L reports and presentation to leadership, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
  • Work closely with the Controlling and Accounting business partner team to ensure accurate financial reporting and commenting
  • Preparing the appropriate templates for data gathering of the plan from all concerned departments.
  • Consolidating the data for budget presentation and also providing an overview of the financial status of the program
  • Working closely with accounting and controlling business partners for getting the plan uploaded to the planning tools and perform adjustments as and when necessary.
  • Prepare Business cases, process requisite approval with Finance and assist project managers in keeping a track of the financial health of the project.
  • Analyze financial result (e.g. revenues, costs and P&L) with respect to our financial target to ensure the  program stays within our targeted budget.
  • Keep track of used and available budget
  • Designing SLA frameworks
  • Determine, document and agree requirements & produce SLRs
  • Determine Legel Requirements and Compliance
  • Evaluation and establishing of new suppliers and contracts
  • Supplier categorization and maintenance Supplier and Contracts Database (SCD)
  • Supplier and Contract Management and performance
  • Contract renewal and/or termination
  • Supplier SLA Management - validation of data
  • Check Audit trail periodically for all invoices
  • Respond to all vendor escalations and disputes
  • Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
  • Report monthly provisions for unpaid invoices/open orders.
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
  • Execute billing for services via SharePoint or Service Now for fixed charges and monthly utilization.

  • Assist with Budgeting, Controlling, Forecasting & in month end closing activities
  • Ensure timely approval of billed services in liaison with the customer SPOCs.

 

 

Your Skills

 

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in Finance or equivalent management diploma
  • 5+ years of prior work experience in an international handling financial reporting and analysis – ideally within Allianz Group
  • Exposure to financial controlling for project finance
  • Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
  • Knowledge of SAP,  ARIBA and Service NOW
  • Hands on expertise in managing financials in a global project
  • Able to work independently and in a team-based setting 
  • In-depth business expertise and a basic understanding of market influences.
  • Uses developed communication skills to inform and has the ability to negotiate with a diverse audience, often at senior level.
  • Has in-depth knowledge and experience in own discipline and solid understanding of related topics. Uses best practices and knowledge to actively contribute to process improvement.
  • Experience in working with international teams in a multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally if required.
