Allianz Technology is the global IT service provider for Allianz and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the Group. Our team is servicing the Allianz client operating entities and our focus is the following:

• You will work with business architects and teams that support the implementation of the Allianz Customer Model (ACM) Business Architecture (i.e. Processes, Capabilities, and Objects/Data), as well as the customer and user experience (CX/UX), collaborating with Allianz Operating Entities (OEs), and key stakeholders and Group Centers.
• You will be contributing to shaping the evolution of the global Allianz Business Master Platform (BMP).

You will: 

• Support, discuss, drive and align Business Architecture with BMP areas, primarily in the area of CX/UX.
• Define, maintain and evolve governance parameters and processes for global frontend assets across Allianz with the goal to deliver high quality user centric assets to our internal and external users, initially with focus on Business Master Platform.
• Lead the UX/UI Community of Practice: accelerate engagement through orchestration of community formats, agenda setting and facilitation of UX/UI and broader related topics.
• Align UX/UI and frontend governance with other Allianz governance initiatives, e.g., PRINCE and Az Tech to streamline governance at Allianz.

Your skills: 

• University degree in Design, Marketing, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or Business Administration with IT focus, Business Psychology or Behavioural Economics 
• Proven know-how and skills in business architecture, strategic business analysis, UX, agile development, business value-based steering and IT.
• Min of 6 years of experience in similar roles.
• Ability to think abstract as well as the ability to translate this into concrete use cases.
• Advanced understanding how user experience creates impact, methods of financial and operational steering of related KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with relevant tools (ADOIT, ADONIS, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
