Head of Account Management and Sales Support

Do you want to safeguard the quality of customer portfolio through managing Brokers and Banks as well as the individual Account Management? Are you interested in setting up international programs and having direct contact with our policyholders? ~crlf~~crlf~We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Head of Account Management and Sales Support who will be part of our team in the Prague office and will be responsible for managing the team of account managers and sales support.

You will find the role being the challenge you are looking for if you want to:~crlf~- Ensure long-term profitability and quality of customer portfolio; boost the proactivity on account managers side;~crlf~- Manage all aspects of the Account Management and the sales support team - including leading, planning, reporting, staffing, development and monitoring performance in the team including implementation of KPIs ;~crlf~- Develop effective Account Management strategy in line with the set targets and market/marketing plan and drive implementation of the New Service Model and transition of the traditional account manager role to relationship manager role;~crlf~- Monitor customer satisfaction with insurance products offered by EH;~crlf~- Acquire new business through extensions on the existing portfolio and gaining leads from existing clients;~crlf~- Planning the achievement of annual objectives, broken down by monthly and quarterly accounting; ~crlf~- Manage the international World Agency portfolio;~crlf~- Cooperate with brokers in the area of joint customer support;~crlf~- Actively engage in and drive special projects and initiatives in the area of account management.~crlf~~crlf~The position has approximately 5 direct reports (account managers and sales support) and the reporting line is directly to the Czech country manager. ~crlf~

The role is best fit for someone who is/ has:~crlf~- Several years of B2B sales experience preferably in financial insurance industry;~crlf~- Practical experience with managing commercial or other teams;~crlf~- Expert know-how in specifics of the market, knowledge of local economic environment; ~crlf~- Ability to build extensive network, develop distribution channels and grow the market;~crlf~- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills – effective communication, ability to liaise with members of other core functions as well as clients;~crlf~- Entrepreneurship and high level of commercial awareness and customer service; ~crlf~- Self-drive, ability to plan and organize work;~crlf~- Process orientated with strive for simplification and ready to challenge the status quo;~crlf~- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel);~crlf~- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, Czech/Slovak native speaker.~crlf~
