Global Customer Experience
One trainee is required to support continuous activities related to Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities :~crlf~~crlf~Maintain quality monitoring and management of countries’ Customer Experience performance across multiple sources of KPIs (surveys, customer calls etc.)~crlf~Support optimum management of flagship customer insights programs such global Net Promoter Score (NPS) across markets~crlf~Help contribute to Content production and publication to support department activity visibility~crlf~Help prepare company-wide communications activities internally~crlf~Support roll out of global Voice of the Customer platform,. across markets~crlf~Bring alignment, structure and efficiency to regular steering activities (actions, follow up, deliverables tracking, presentations etc.)~crlf~
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience :~crlf~~crlf~Master in Marketing/ Market Research/ Economics / Statistics (Business School),~crlf~Ideally with a first successful experience in Marketing / Customer Insight / Customer Experience (e.g. internship)~crlf~Excellent command of English (both spoken and written)~crlf~Good analytical skills: attention to detail and high level of accuracy required when completing tasks~crlf~Ability to produce clear and concise summaries~crlf~Able to demonstrate a high degree of tenacity, strong ‘can do’ attitude~crlf~Excellent time management and organization skills are essential~crlf~Proactive and curious individual~crlf~Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office pack (Excel, PowerPoint)~crlf~
