Senior Product Owner for Digital Distribution (m/f)

    This role is critical to the successful transformation of Digital Distribution Services for Partners. As Senior Product Owner, you will have the opportunity to define the end-to-end customer experience for the Business Partners channel in across our global markets. You will be the voice of the customer and accountable for product success. You will have a strong understanding of user needs, market place, competition and future trends for the B2B and B2B2C market. You will be expected to work closely alongside Sales, Organizational Management and Direct & Digital managers to shape and deliver strategic solutions for Digital Distribution.

    ##Set the vision for digital services for online distribution, and convey that vision to Product Owners~crlf~##Lead cross-functional teams composed of internal and external professionals, working on several Services for Digital Distribution~crlf~##Work closely with senior stakeholders throughout the organization to set transformative actions and communicate appropriately about program status and service performance~crlf~##Ensure alignment and integrity of enterprise architecture, coordinate delivery of major Global Digital Platforms, and support business migration (local clients)~crlf~##Manage convergence and coherence with future Customer Services (e.g. Customer Portal) for Post Sales~crlf~##Support market introduction of new services and platforms, ensure adoption, and monitor performance to drive continuous improvement of service levels and user experience

  • Requisitos / Habilidades

    ##8+ years of experience in consultancy or a financial services company ~crlf~##Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams, with a strong background on delivering and managing digital services, and an excellent eye for quality design~crlf~##Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ~crlf~##Experience in leading Agile teams and knowledge of Agile software development tools and methodologies (Continuous integration, JIRA, etc.)~crlf~##A flexible and open mindset, with high problem solving capabilities ~crlf~##Excellent stakeholder management and relationship management skills ~crlf~##Proven change management ability~crlf~##Graduate degree in business, IT, or marketing ~crlf~##Fluency in English ~crlf~##Available for international business trips
