    The Sales Operations Analyst leads the ongoing development, maintenance and administration of our CRM and sales tools while successfully providing reporting support to the Global Sales team.

    Regular, predictable, reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.~crlf~~crlf~Key responsibilities which take no less than 10% of overall job time ~crlf~~crlf~Global Analysis and Reporting Support~crlf~##Compiles, distributes and automates sales performance, lead and pipeline reports and dashboards at a local, regional and global level on a weekly, monthly and annual basis~crlf~##Assists with monitoring and reporting sales related key performance indicators (KPI’s) including highlighting trends and analyzing variances~crlf~##Formats, analyzes and presents prospect and account data to demonstrate opportunities and potential growth~crlf~##Assist in the responses of local, regional and global RFP responses by providing accurate data of the market, industry or growth potential~crlf~##Support the VP, Global Sales Operations in project work and adhoc analytics, as requested~crlf~~crlf~CRM and Sales Tools Administration~crlf~##Serve as primary system administrator for multiple Salesforce.com environments/instances as well as other sales tools~crlf~##Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks for all sales tools~crlf~##Manage data feeds and other integrations~crlf~##Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests and evaluate the breadth of sales tools available to determine potential solutions to business challenges~crlf~##Work with our sales, marketing and product management team to establish suitable processes, reports, tools and workflows to support the Travel Line of Business; domestically, regionally and globally~crlf~##Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization~crlf~##Effectively act as the liaison between our users and management, while maintaining productive relationships with vendors~crlf~##Continually improve the functionality of the tool and recommend enhancements based on perceived need and user community requests~crlf~May perform other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications~crlf~##Experience as a Salesforce.com administrator or developer ~crlf~##Strong data analysis and management abilities~crlf~##Able to understand and articulate complex requirements and solve complex data and analytical problems/challenges~crlf~##Able to present data in multiple mediums and ways ~crlf~Helpful Qualifications~crlf~##Saleforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certification preferred with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity~crlf~##Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
