    As part of the flying squad project, the position will support the business transformation program (GBM implementation), reporting to Operations in cooperation with Organizational Management.~crlf~ ~crlf~The project focus is to provide support to BUs in the preparation and implementation of GBM in the following pillars: Pre-implementation, Implementation, Post-Implementation.

  • Responsabilidades

    As an RSA Expert, supporting the pre-implementation phase:~crlf~##Support BUs on the ground, performing assessment and workshop using Target Operating Model checklist to identify gaps, actions to be taken to secure a successful implementation of GBM (e.g.: training plan definition/review, operational set-up, configuration, identification of necessary process changes, etc.)~crlf~##Define suggested actions and potential action plan, align and agree with BU about necessary next steps~crlf~ ~crlf~During the Implementation Phase:~crlf~##Via tracking of KPI and on the ground assessment, identify potential opportunities on process improvement, system improvement/fix and people training~crlf~##Review use of GBM and assess potential quick wins for improvement (e.g. provider/dealer configuration, task groups, dispatch process, etc.)~crlf~ ~crlf~Post-Implementation:~crlf~##Via on the ground assessment and remote conferences call overviews, workshops and report analysis, define necessary actions for productivity improvement and correct tools utilization~crlf~##Continuous review of operations to identify actions necessary to support productivity and ensure 1. sustainable increase in productivity 2. quality improvement~crlf~ ~crlf~In addition:~crlf~##Cooperate closely with others departments at Global Office such as Operations (Procurement & Network, Performance Management, etc.), Organizational Management, Global Accounts, Allianz Services, Allianz Technology, Finance, etc. in specific actions related to GBM implementation~crlf~##Support training improvement for GBM (secure mapping between Target Operating Model, uses cases and training materials)~crlf~##Support in defining training profiles such as Front office agent, Dispatch agent, Front Office Team Lead, etc., and mapping of related training materials. Ad hoc support on training materials content review to ensure consistency between IT system and process training).~crlf~##Support on any other initiative related to GBM/Flying Squad if necessary~crlf~ ~crlf~Work Conditions:~crlf~##Integrated in Business Architecture / Flying Squad~crlf~##Reporting to Leonardo M. Gava~crlf~##Job located in France (Saint-Ouen, Eurosquare 1 and 2 offices)~crlf~##Necessary availability for travelling (>50%)~crlf~ ~crlf~Profile expected:~crlf~##Expertise in Assistance and Insurance industry~crlf~##Operations experience with responsibility of service delivery and implementation of Operational capabilities~crlf~##Business Process Improvement/Operations background ~crlf~##Ability to work in a matrix mode with different functions (Sales, Market Management, Org. Management … )~crlf~##Solid analytical, synthetical and problem solving skills~crlf~##Ability to produce high quality deliverables, attention to detail~crlf~##Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functional teams~crlf~##Comfortable in a changing environment, where ability to react and handle short-notice requests is expected
