    The Chief Operations Officer is responsible for the management and operations of the organization Contact Centre, Operational Support, Information Technology, Network, Technical & Warranty and Data & Claims departmental. The Chief Operations Officer determines the long-term strategic goals of the organization operational activities in both Malaysia and Singapore. To ensure the business growth directing to the managing flow of operational activities to ensure these are delivered in accordance with organization strategy.

  • Responsabilidades

    Strategy formulation & Implementation~crlf~- Contribute to the development and refinement of Organization vision and strategy~crlf~- Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitability and return to its shareholders. ~crlf~- Develop, review, and report on the operations division's strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by other departments. ~crlf~- Project Management - plan, organize, and manage resources to bring about the successful and completion of specific project goals and objectives. ~crlf~- Deliver all aspects of Departmental Management including: Quality Hires and Training Needs/ Personal Development/ Performance Monitoring/ Team Building ~crlf~~crlf~Management of the Overall Operations Function~crlf~- Ensure that the operations functions of the organization are run effectively and efficiently so that each operational division performs in terms with their strategic plan, development plan operational plan objectives. ~crlf~- Maintain the administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison on all organization affairs at a level acceptable to the management. ~crlf~- Implement, maintain and manage an effective system of controls throughout the organization, covering non-financial as well as financial controls. ~crlf~- Ensure that operating objectives and standard of performance are owned by management as well as employees.~crlf~- Ensure that appropriate standards of conduct are established and complied with. ~crlf~- Present an annual budget for CEO approval and prudently manages resources within those budget guidelines according to organization policy within ethical corporate governance guidelines. ~crlf~- Management, monitoring, reporting and communication in regard to financial and physical resources, administration and budgeting of operations. ~crlf~- Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, partners and official bodies. ~crlf~~crlf~People Management ~crlf~- Build and lead an effective and cohesive team ~crlf~- In consultation with HR implement effective succession planning, people management , development, recruitment and retention strategies for the division.~crlf~- Manage the performance of all unit heads within the division.~crlf~- Ensure proper execution of performance management system .~crlf~- Promotion of employment equity and transformation.~crlf~~crlf~Communication Line ~crlf~- Be the contact point of Allianz Worldwide Partner Group (APAC region or Allianz Partners Headquarter) for all Contact Centre and Operational Support discussion and communications. ~crlf~- Direct reporting line to Regional COO India and South East Asia, and dotted reporting line to CEO Malaysia and Singapore, and however, will offer assistance mainly to the management team. ~crlf~- Be the contact point of management and operational committees. ~crlf~- In coordination with HR department for HR activities.

  • Requisitos / Habilidades

    - Minimum 10 years experience in Operational Management role and be good at process/ quality improvement ~crlf~- Tertiary qualification in any discipline ~crlf~- Strong in project and times management principles and tools, knowledge of business and management principles ~crlf~- Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and broad organizational influencing skills in complex organizational structures. ~crlf~- Demonstrated evidence of the development and implementation of strategy. ~crlf~- Proven track record in managerial, leadership and communications skills. ~crlf~- Strong project and time management principles and tools, knowledge of business and management principles. ~crlf~- Solid experience in global project management skill.
