For the CCS area, we are looking for a Business Software Test Manager to support our CTI Platform test team situated in Barcelona.~crlf~~crlf~Key Responsibilities~crlf~~crlf~-In addition to support in the daily business (regular CRs or ticket processing), your main task includes the manual creation, implementation and documentation of acceptance tests based on the corresponding software requirements.~crlf~-A basic understanding of the call center infrastructure and environment is required, in order to be able to describe, select and carry out test cases independently.~crlf~-Regular coordination of professional requirements with the professional and technical contact persons form the basis for successful testing.~crlf~-Documentation, reporting and tracking of failed testcases.~crlf~~crlf~

Key requirements / Skills / Experiences~crlf~~crlf~-You are from the IT sector and have a basic understanding of IT communication and IT processes. Ideally, you already have work experience in the call center environment.~crlf~-You have already performed User Acceptance Test yourself.~crlf~-Excellent German and English language skills (C1 level) are essential for cross-location cooperation, both with internal colleagues and external partners. ~crlf~-In addition to your professional experience, you have curiosity and interest in new technologies and developments.~crlf~-You have a structured, independent and target-oriented way of working.~crlf~-Teamwork, reliability and a sense of responsibility are among your strengths.~crlf~Ideally, you round off your profile with additional qualifications: test management tool (Jira), knowledge of agile project management methods (SCRUM, Kanban).
