    The “Controlling Solutions” department is responsible for the Controlling strategy of Allianz Technology worldwide. We are responsible for the development and realization of new and innovative controlling solutions (systems and processes) and the smooth and seamless operation of controlling applications.~crlf~ ~crlf~Automation and simplification play a central role, paying into the overall Allianz Digitalization Strategy. ~crlf~ ~crlf~Within our department we are looking for a team lead for the “Reporting & Budget Management Solution” team, covering the following responsibilities:~crlf~##Design, project management and realization of internal customer-oriented reporting solutions with a high degree of automatization~crlf~##Run the existing reporting solutions in a smooth and seamless manner~crlf~##Development and optimization of budget management solutions~crlf~##Roll-out support for all solutions within the department via a 1st level team in Bucharest. The Romanian team supports the transitions also trainings and communication.

    ##Development of a department strategy with focus on reporting (derived from the official company targets) ~crlf~##Requirement collection from our users, solution design in cooperation with the relevant business and IT departments, testing and go-live of the solution~crlf~##Communication of the realized value-add to users and management ~crlf~##Development of a functional architecture for reporting solutions~crlf~##Assurance of data quality standards based upon the Allianz Group guidelines, communication to relevant boards and partners~crlf~##Team development and training of own team~crlf~##Identification and promotion of high potentials

  • Requisitos / Habilidades

    ##University degree in Economics, Business, IT or comparable~crlf~##Successful PE 3 assessment center or proven experience in leading a team~crlf~##Profound professional experience in controlling area or business/management reporting~crlf~##Experience in launching reporting solutions within Allianz or other companies ~crlf~##Strong customer focus and ability to develop value adding solutions out of customer requirements~crlf~##Strong analytical and communication skills, strong negotiation / moderation skills ~crlf~##Process and solution-oriented thinking~crlf~##Knowledge of controlling instruments and tools, especially SAP CO/OM, CO-PA, SAP BW modules, SAP BO and cloud ~crlf~##High mental agility, engagement and performance orientation~crlf~##Independent, proactive, structured, result- and team-oriented working style~crlf~##Ability to work under pressure and in a fast changing environment~crlf~##Fluent in German and English~crlf~##Knowledge in change management and communication
