CSG Global Lines and North America is the voice and advocate into the IT product house across the entire Allianz Technology portfolio for our global lines and north American entities. With this new face to the customers, we recommit to the customer centric, end-to-end delivery of your IT solutions and the support our customer expect from us. The department Transition and Optimization within CSG Global Lines and North America is in charge of all internal delivery model design, operations, processes and governance.
##Technical monitoring in collaboration with our technical experts~crlf~##Active controlling of development / construction projects as well as optimization measures~crlf~##Close management of internal and external service providers in place~crlf~##You facilitate the design and enabling of new Services, resulting in adding a new service into the service catalogue, by means of projects (in contact with Global Portfolio Management) or as a non-standard service becoming a standard service and assign the service to an owner~crlf~##You ensure that new/changed IT services (standard and non-standard) are designed, requested, catalogued and coordinated cross service in a compliant way by internal and external providers~crlf~##You define, adapt and govern an end-to-end effective and efficient service ordering process and platform~crlf~
##Expertise on ITIL processes and IT Service Management practices~crlf~##7+ years relevant experience with excellent track record~crlf~##SIAM (Service Integration and Management) and multi supplier management very helpful~crlf~##Experience of project management with specific methodology knowledge (incl Agile methodologies)~crlf~##Ability to work well in and with teams of different nationalities and cultures based in different locations and across organizational boundaries~crlf~##Excellent problem solving capabilities, taking responsibility and drive resolution~crlf~##Positive can-do attitude and ability to plan, organize and prioritize~crlf~##Self-motivation and able to balance day to day work with a change~crlf~##Ability to operate in a change driven organization~crlf~
