##Engage with senior business IT leaders and executives to drive decommissioning agenda~crlf~##Execute and oversee IT decommissioning projects (applications & infrastructure) across several platforms and tools under the guidance of an Engagement Manager~crlf~##Responsible for providing management oversight and work with project teams, engineers, architects, data experts and senior stakeholders to implement project using agreed methodology, and driving best practices when applicable~crlf~##Identifying and understanding all components of an application, interfaces and underlying infrastructure for a comprehensive decommissioning plan covering all dependencies ~crlf~##Provide support to existing clients while ensuring effective and efficient key account management and help and coach more junior project team members~crlf~##General contribution to Allianz Consulting~crlf~##Challenge technical implementation solutions and overall approach to various topics in IT decommissioning~crlf~
Qualification, Competencies, Certification and Experiences~crlf~##University degree preferably in Business Administration, IT or similar or equivalent experience~crlf~##5+ years of experience in IT implementation projects, specifically managing IT migrations, data archival and decommissioning projects~crlf~##Strong technical background with experience of managing technology-led change programs~crlf~##Good understanding of Databases, Networks, Servers, Storage, Virtualization & Cloud technologies~crlf~##Working knowledge on any of the following: Oracle, SQL, Micro-Strategy, Lotus Notes, Amazon Web Services, Azure Cloud, ABS, Informatica (or comparable data migration tools)~crlf~##Fluent in written and spoken English and German~crlf~##Strong self-motivation and ability to work with a high degree of autonomy~crlf~ ~crlf~Desired requirements /skills /experience ~crlf~##Consulting experience in analyzing and advising on application rationalization / IT decommissioning projects~crlf~##Working knowledge of ABS or any other core insurance platform / systems~crlf~##Good understanding of IT architectural framework and IT application landscape~crlf~##Insurance business experience and knowledge~crlf~##International work experience (min. 24 months)~crlf~##Prior leadership experience~crlf~##Trained in project management~crlf~
