In terms of Recruiting, we’re responsible for applicant sourcing, selection and interviews as well as advising our hiring managers on finding the best sourcing strategies and ensuring a good recruiting experience for everyone. In addition, the team is responsible for the organization of internal company events and the development of new recruiting channels. We are currently looking for an Intern support primarily for Recruiting and Active Sourcing of IT talents.~crlf~ ~crlf~You will need to prove your...~crlf~##Passion for people, technology and recruitment research. We are looking for someone who can feel the pulse of the industry and will not shy away from a discussion with a developer or IT Senior Manager.~crlf~##Ability to engage with the best talent and provide a seamless candidate experience end-to-end. We will require great references from candidates you have sourced or recruited in the past.~crlf~##Ability to evaluate people and situations objectively.~crlf~##Knowledge of (apps OR platforms OR services OR “social media” OR tools OR strategies) AND (recruitment OR recruiting OR “talent acquisition”) and, of course, your ability to explain what all the above means. ~crlf~##Ability to work simultaneously on different projects. You aim to achieve well-planned, smooth, and flawless sourcing process.

##Build talent pools and engage with international candidates by using different sourcing technologies (SAP and Success Factors, LinkedIn, Xing, Talentwunder, Stackoverflow etc.).~crlf~##Partner with the recruiting team. You will play an active role in defining the strategy to seek future Allianz Technology SE candidates.~crlf~##Proactively explore new sourcing and posting channels to find and engage passive talent.~crlf~##Ensure candidates have the best possible recruiting experience by optimizing processes and implementing suggestions according to feedback from candidates.~crlf~##Become a brand ambassador and personify Allianz Technology’s brand and values at virtual and in-house events to help us strengthen our company brand whenever you have the chance to.~crlf~##Contribute to other HR projects by sharing and implementing your creative ideas.~crlf~

##Bachelor's or Master’s degree or similar level of education in the field of International Studies, Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or similar.~crlf~##First internship experience in any HR related field, desirable intern experience in Recruiting or Active Sourcing.~crlf~##Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. German is not required, but would be a plus.~crlf~##Experienced user of Applicant Tracking Systems and Sourcing Tools.~crlf~##Data-driven and reporting mindset.~crlf~##Excellent networking abilities, especially within the tech and IT communities.~crlf~##You are interested in an internship for a least 6 months in full-time (38h/week) and can start immediately.~crlf~
