This allows us to establish a reputation as leaders of some of the largest and most complex risks in the market.~crlf~ ~crlf~Set-up: As an intern dedicated to a joined project of two Allianz entities (AGCS & Allianz Technology), you will contribute to the Organizational Change workstream supporting the move of 2000+ employees to the Allianz Campus in Unterföhring. The move is more than a new office location, new furniture and new technical equipment: It comes along with a fully new office concept that also affects leadership behaviors and lead to a new ways of working.~crlf~ ~crlf~The primary focus of this role is to support and execute organizational change management interventions to pave the way for a smooth office relocation coming along with new ways of working.~crlf~It includes design and delivering workshops, fostering relationships with the business functions and ensuring people buy-in. It requires working across AGCS and AZ Tech organizations to support effective adoption of new ways of working, enabling the employees to keep up daily delivery.~crlf~ ~crlf~As the Global Center of Competence for Organizational Change, we drive change & innovation initiatives to increase the maturity, engagement and innovation & change capability of our organization and people. We drive selected strategic initiatives and projects with professional change & global innovation management to increase their business impact.
##Set-up & maintain SPOC (Single Point of Contact for operational move) network:~crlf~ - Maintain SPOC Knowledge group~crlf~ - Design and support facilitation of SPOC Kick-off call(s) ~crlf~ - Design and support facilitation of SPOC Workshop(s) ~crlf~ - Design and facilitate regular (bi-weekly) SPOC checkpoints ~crlf~##Support organization of Change Management Workshops for Manager ~crlf~ - Participants handling (invitation/coordination/…) ~crlf~ - Preparation and set-up ~crlf~ - Support facilitation ~crlf~ - Follow-up (Feedback, FAQs, Mood check, Intranet)~crlf~##Contribute to event organization (Market place, Move support, welcome events etc.) ~crlf~##Support planning and executing additional Organizational Change Management and communication activities (Intranet content, Guidelines, FAQs, etc.) ~crlf~##Support budget and invoice handling ~crlf~
##You are enrolled as a student (Bachelor/ Master/ Diploma) ~crlf~##Preferred study areas: Business administration, Psychology or other social studies~crlf~##Previous familiarity with Human Resources or Organizational Change Management is plus, but not a must if you are driven by a people-oriented and hands-on-mentality ~crlf~##Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in German and English language skills ~crlf~##Enthusiastic about driving change and developing people~crlf~##Creative, energetic and willing to take on new challenges ~crlf~##Reliable and organized way of working ~crlf~##Team player with excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills~crlf~##Profound technical knowledge in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)~crlf~##International experience / working in intercultural environments are an advantage~crlf~##You can start immediately, latest end of June 2020, and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week)~crlf~
