Infrastructure Manager (m/f)
Allianz Technology Ireland is made of 3 sections, Infrastructure and Security, Application Development and Maintenance and Support Functions. The Infrastructure Manager is within the Infrastructure and Security team, reporting directly to the Head of IT Delivery (CTO) and is part of the Management team of the branch.~crlf~ ~crlf~Leading almost 40 resources in 2 locations across the service desk, desktop support, telephone support, printer support and technical engineering delivery areas, the Infrastructure Manager has end to end responsibility for delivery of Workplace and Technical Engineering services in line with the agreed service levels and cost targets
##Supervise or lead and develop people in accordance with the Allianz People Attributes, leadership values and relevant guidelines~crlf~##Drive resolution of business issues and ensure customer satisfaction, quality, cost efficiency, stability and technical performance for services, products and solutions within the area of responsibility~crlf~##End to end responsibility for delivery of Workplace and Technical Engineering services in line with the agreed service levels and cost targets~crlf~##Management oversight, leadership and ownership of all aspects of Change, Problem and Incident handling on behalf of AZ Technology Ireland customers.~crlf~##Leading a program of continuous improvement and optimization of service delivery and organizational transformation within the workplace and technical engineering teams~crlf~##Delivery of required mgmt. and customer reports to agreed schedules and quality~crlf~##Primary customer liaison and escalation point for infrastructure related topics~crlf~
##Minimum of 5 years management experience in an IT service delivery and Technical Engineering capacity~crlf~##Experience managing within a distributed service delivery organization (International desirable) and demonstrable experience in driving transformation within an organization~crlf~##Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate at all levels (samples desirable)~crlf~##Providing expertise in organizational transformation and change management (Manager only)~crlf~##High level of proficiency in collaboration, groupware and IT Service Management applications and systems (e.g. Service Now (desirable), MS Groupware, SAP) and experience with cloud based technologies such as O365, Azure, AWS~crlf~##Ability to work fully independent and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information~crlf~##Role model character with talent to drive new ideas and take new perspectives to challenge existing solutions~crlf~
