- College Degree / Desired: Master Degree in Finance / Controlling.~crlf~- 6 – 8 years of experience in similar position.~crlf~-Proven experience in controlling, planning and management report analysis.~crlf~- Participation on projects on cross departments in IT Company.~crlf~- Experience in operations.~crlf~- Proactive and focused on solving problems.~crlf~- Adaptive: comfortable in changing environments.~crlf~- Expert in financials (business case, cost controlling, accounts payable).~crlf~- Knowledge of IT technology and relation with insurance business.~crlf~- SAP knowledge will be a plus.~crlf~- Ability to work in international team in global set-up.~crlf~- Fluent English.~crlf~
