Our experienced consulting teams support Allianz in developing and implementing global strategic initiatives.~crlf~Within Allianz Consulting, the Technology & Innovation Pillar drives forward technology innovation, adoption and best practice, covering a broad range of IT-related topics from cloudification, datafication, SaaS, IT security and resilience, including cyber insurance and crisis management. ~crlf~As an Technology & Innovation Senior Engagement Manager you will act in strategic project roles, e.g., as Central Program Lead for large scale high-stake transformation programs, all while leading and growing 4 to 6 teams of consultants reporting into you. You will work at the intersection of technology and business, in a diverse team, shaping strategies and supporting on a broad range of projects. ~crlf~If you are passionate about Technology & Innovation and are interested in working with international teams to build and shape the organization in the years to come, then Allianz Consulting is the place to be!

##Lead and manage large scale international projects and programs and support the development of the internal teams of + 30 consultants in order to achieve successful completion of all set targets~crlf~##Support the on-the-job and longer-term career development plans for all team members~crlf~##Actively manage sales opportunities and lead accounts ~crlf~##Support the overall achievement of all targets and results by achieving collective agreed team revenue, cost and profit targets including relevant KPIs; ensure the content leadership of client projects as well as a strong focus on customer development~crlf~##Act as stand-in for the Partner as required and perform tasks on behalf of the Partner as directed, provide support to businesses and Group Centers to implement Allianz Group transformation initiatives, change management and business improvement~crlf~##Maintain appropriate staffing with Allianz Consulting continuous employee rotation and ensure high motivation of staff through coaching and conflict management~crlf~

##+10 years’ experience in Operational Business and/or Consultancy ~crlf~##+4 years’ experience in leading consulting teams, strong motivator and people coach/developer~crlf~##Experienced in managing large-scale centralized global IT transformation projects and programs ~crlf~##Track record of successful partnerships with technology and business executive management both internally and on client’s side~crlf~##Experience in building and implementing company IT strategies on one or more of the following topics: Enterprise Architecture, DevOps, Cloudification, SaaS, Data Analytics, IT economics, IT transformation, IT governance~crlf~##Experience in developing shared services organizations and nearshoring locations ~crlf~##University degree or a comparable professional experience~crlf~##Proficiency in spoken and written English~crlf~##Conceptual and implementation experience, broad strategic and operational management experience~crlf~ ~crlf~Desired requirements /skills /experience~crlf~##Expertise in enabling and managing an agile build chain ~crlf~##Broad experience in project and program management methods and techniques, process reengineering, ~crlf~##Extensive insurance business knowledge or extensive knowledge in an adequate business area~crlf~##Proficiency in German or any other European languages would be a plus~crlf~##International work experience (min. 24 months)~crlf~
