Our experienced consulting teams support all Allianz operating entities worldwide in developing their local strategic projects.~crlf~Within Allianz Consulting, the Release Management consulting team implements standardized and transparent processes for continuous delivery ensuring smooth releases of software.~crlf~As a (Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) in our Release Management consulting team, you will work at the intersection of technology and business, in a diverse team, supporting on a broad range of projects. ##Complete all assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments~crlf~##Advise clients on how to govern software projects and implement improvements across Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)~crlf~##Contribute to the creation of technical documentation describing processes and best practices to be implemented across Allianz~crlf~##Work with multiple teams from the business side to developers, operations, and other teams~crlf~##Analyze customer needs and develop relevant concepts to best serve them~crlf~##Provide support to existing clients while ensuring efficient account management~crlf~##Help and coach more junior project team members~crlf~##Discuss with the Engagement Manager ideas of possible future client needs that may lead to projects and help grow the Allianz Consulting service offerings~crlf~##Contribute to pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager ~crlf~
##University degree in a relevant discipline such as IT Management / Computer Science / Engineering / Business Administration or equivalent experience~crlf~##More than 1 year of relevant IT consultancy experience~crlf~##Experience with lean and agile software and service/product development~crlf~##Knowledge of DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines and branching strategies~crlf~##Experience in Project- and Program Management methods and techniques, process development and continuous improvement~crlf~##Experience in change management, quality management, integration, and re-organization~crlf~##Excellent facilitation, sales, and conflict management skills~crlf~##Advanced MS Office skills, Confluence & Jira (or other agile project management tools)~crlf~##Conceptual and implementation experience~crlf~##Fluency in written and spoken English~crlf~ ~crlf~Desired requirements /skills /experience~crlf~##Insurance business experience~crlf~##Interest in programming or knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)~crlf~##International work experience~crlf~
