Transformation consultant (m/f/d) in Group Human Resources - Hr Strategy & Transformation
HR Strategy & Transformation is responsible for developing the HR strategy in close link to the overarching business strategy enabling organizational development, cultural change and change management activation within the Allianz Group. As such, HR S&T identifies and drives key strategic priorities and transformation programs like Strategic Workforce Planning, New Work Model and Agile@Scale. The function acts as transformation engine and critical impulse giver for the continuous development of the HR function at Allianz in co-creation with other key Group HR functions and the HR Executive Committee, leveraging cross functional teams, customer involvement and close collaboration with other functions.~crlf~ ~crlf~You will be working in a dynamic cross-functional team and with a broad set of colleagues from relevant departments at head office, as well as in close contact with the HR community of the Allianz Operating Entities.~crlf~Wihin HR Stategy & Transformation you will co-design and drive identified organizational development & change management priorities globally with focus on change leadership. You will work with a diverse and international team of colleagues from various Allianz companies to plan and develop activation and engagement initiatives along our cultural transformation journey. In your position you will be part of HR Strategy and Transformation within Group HR and report to the Head of Organizational Development.
##You will develop innovative approaches to deliver impact with change management expertise on the different components of our transformation journey including change leadership, stakeholder engagement, cultural and behavioral change along our business and HR strategic priorities (e.g. Future of Work, Agile@scale, Purpose & Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning)~crlf~##You will deliver Change Management & Transformation Consulting to our internal Allianz customers ~crlf~##You will apply Change Management methodology and tools ~crlf~##You will contribute to grow and leverage the Change Agent network across Allianz~crlf~##You will build credibility across a range of organizational stakeholders up to CXO level by showing how our transformation plan is impacting business strategy & priorities~crlf~##You will assess the impact of our change management initiatives (Employees, Customers, Organization & Culture and Resilience) e.g. via pulse and engagement surveys~crlf~
Qualification~crlf~##Masters degree in relevant field~crlf~##Languages: English must, German and/or other 3rd language of advantage~crlf~##Change management certification of advantage~crlf~ ~crlf~The role offers the opportunity to develop towards a seníor transformation consultant along the expert career path~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key skills~crlf~##Strong conceptual skills and end-to-end thinking, i.e. building strong concepts and knowing how to turn them into execution~crlf~##Experience in working with international leaders/stakeholders on all levels~crlf~##5+ Experience in designing and implementing Change Management and cultural and or business transformation plans through multi-country, large-scale, organizational change/transformation projects~crlf~##Working experience in another Allianz company is of advantage~crlf~##Knowledge and experience with Agile project management approaches and tools is of advantage~crlf~##Experience in Consulting/Training Leaders in the area of Transformation / Change Management~crlf~##Effective communication skills, both written and verbal~crlf~##Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations~crlf~##Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization~crlf~##Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others~crlf~
