Transformation Communication Expert (m/f/d) in Group HR (limited to 24 months)
HR Transformation seeks to improve access and quality of HR services for all Allianz colleagues and talent candidates, provide people leaders with more reliable people data and strategic HR support, enable HR to take on a more strategic role with reduced administrative burden, and provide greater access to global expertise. This will be achieved through delivery of a streamlined global HR organization with standardized roles and responsibilities, harmonized Group-wide HR processes and a single mobile-ready HRIT solution.~crlf~ ~crlf~The position holder will design and implement a holistic communications approach for HR transformation and develop material accordingly.
##Develop and implement communications, marketing, advertising and publishing strategies, which promote the program internally and externally~crlf~##Plan, write, edit and publish a variety of communications and other documents, which present a positive but realistic image of the program~crlf~##Analyze specific communication needs, development and execution of communication strategies and activities as required~crlf~##Develop and execute a sustainable communication plan~crlf~##Prepare standard communications material to be used in the local operating entities~crlf~##Manage communities of communications practitioners~crlf~##Responsible for all HRT related Intranet pages (content creation for weekly newsletters, technical publishing and updating)~crlf~##Creation (design and content) for weekly newsletters etc.~crlf~
Qualification:~crlf~##Excellent writing and communication skills in English (native)~crlf~##Familiar with creative programs like Pikto chart etc. ~crlf~##Video and interview production skills ~crlf~##Experience with Adobe ~crlf~##Excellent knowledge around Connect (Technical Content & Homepage Management)~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key Skills:~crlf~##Minimum of 6 years experience as a Communication Expert in the international corporate sector; preferably in the area of HR, Transformation Programs and/or consulting~crlf~
