Event Manager (m/f/d) in Executive Events
Executive Events is responsible for developing, planning and executing a wide range of event formats for executives worldwide. All events are managed by virtual project teams. The Event Manager is responsible to manage the client interface and holds overall responsibility for event concept, event budget, event production and quality as well as resource allocation.
##Developing of the event concept~crlf~##Account and client relationship management ~crlf~##Establishing the cost estimate and project plan~crlf~##Sourcing and contracting of suppliers~crlf~##Allocation and management of internal and external resources~crlf~##Producing and managing the event on site~crlf~##Establishing and managing internal and external feedback cycles for continuous improvement process~crlf~##Preparation of project documents for hand-over to post-production team~crlf~##Interfacing with Controlling, Compliance, Taxation, Corporate Security, Procurement and legal authorities ~crlf~
Qualification~crlf~##Completed commercial vocational training and / or completed university studies with a concentration in Event Management or Hotel Management~crlf~##Sound Project Management skills and knowledge of SAP-systems used by Allianz~crlf~##Excellent skills of MS Office-suite, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint~crlf~##Fluent in English and German~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key skills~crlf~##At least 3 years work experience in event and / or hotel management in mid-level function or as a freelancer~crlf~##Strong team player with entrepreneurial mindset, high stress resistance and high service standards~crlf~##Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills in complex environments~crlf~##Strong intrinsic motivation and self reliance~crlf~##Client-focused, self-dependent working style combined with ability to self-prioritize tasks~crlf~##Used to work in environments requiring accuracy and discretion~crlf~##Strong people skills to manage virtual teams under time pressure~crlf~##Willingness to travel~crlf~
